Mother’s Day Cake

Create a cake mom will never forget! The great thing about this pan is that it’s PLASTIC and yet can go in the oven or even the microwave. It’s also reusable. Turn the pan upside down and use it as a “WOW” cake for another celebration!

What You Need:
MOM Pantastic Pan
White Buttercream Icing
Candy Coating
Decorating Bag
Cake Slicer
Yellow, Pink and Green Food Color
Icing Tips: #1, #16, #66
Standard Coupler


Follow cake mix or recipe instructions. Grease and flour pan, fill 2/3 full.
Standard Oven: Place pan on a shiny cookie sheet and bake according to instructions
Microwave: Microwave for about 6 minutes, rotating every 2 minutes (microwave times may vary)
Wash pan in warm sudsy water using a soft brush.

Decorating for Mom Cake

  • Use clean, dry pan to make candy mold of letters only (melt candy coating in microwave in 15-second increments, stirring every 15 seconds until melted), pour into pan, place pan in freezer for 5 minutes or until candy is set.
  • Remove design on top of cake with cake slicer, dust off crumbs.
  • Frost cake smooth with yellow buttercream icing.
  • Lay molded letters on top of cake.
  • Use #16 star tip for border around letters and double border on bottom with yellow buttercream icing.
  • Use #16 star tip for drop flowers with buttercream icing.
  • Use #1 round tip for center of flowers with buttercream icing (pink)
  • Use #66 leaf tip for leaves with buttercream icing (green)

Remember, the pan can also be used as a “WOW” pan!
